CPR Ready Solutions was founded by Jenelle, a seasoned EMS professional with over 20 years of experience as an EMT, Paramedic, Lieutenant, and Captain. Her journey, which began in 1999, highlighted the life-saving importance of CPR and first aid, especially in emergencies where bystander intervention is critical. Recognizing a need for broader public knowledge, Jenelle created CPR Ready Solutions to make CPR and first aid education accessible and engaging. The academy focuses on hands-on training to build confidence in teenagers, parents, and community members. Jenelle envisions expanding to advocate for CPR education in schools, aiming to empower communities to respond effectively and confidently in emergencies.

Meet the Founder
CPR Ready Solutions was founded by Jenelle Pierre, an emergency medical professional with more than 25 years of experience serving the New York City community through emergency medical services, leadership, and education.
Throughout her career, Jenelle has responded to emergencies, cared for patients in critical situations, and trained healthcare providers and future first responders. Her experience as an EMS Captain, Paramedic, American Heart Association Instructor, and educator has given her a unique perspective on what it truly means to be prepared when every second counts.
Jenelle founded CPR Ready Solutions with one mission: to provide high-quality, engaging training that goes beyond earning a certification. She believes CPR education should build confidence, reduce hesitation, and prepare people to take action during real emergencies.
