Heartbeat Training Academy is committed to providing high-quality training. Please review our Refund Policy carefully.

1. Course Cancellations by Participants

• Refund Eligibility: Refunds are available for cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to the course start date. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the start date are non-refundable.
• How to Cancel: Participants must submit cancellation requests in writing via email to [insert email address].
• Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

2. Course Cancellations by Heartbeat Training Academy

• If Heartbeat Training Academy cancels a course due to unforeseen circumstances, participants will have the option to reschedule or receive a full refund.

3. Non-Attendance

• No refunds or credits will be issued for no-shows or missed sessions.

4. Rescheduling Policy

• Participants may reschedule a course once at no additional cost if the request is made at least 72 hours prior to the course start date. Rescheduling requests made within 72 hours of the course start date may incur a rescheduling fee of $25.

5. Special Circumstances

• Refunds due to emergencies or exceptional circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Documentation may be required.

6. Digital Products and Materials

• All digital products, including eBooks and course guides, are non-refundable once accessed or downloaded.
